Terms Acceptance & Account Registration
By accessing the 4400 website or mobile browser, you are considered to have read and fully accepted these Terms. You must be 18 years of age or older to register on the platform. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account.
Each individual may operate only one account. If a user is found to have created multiple accounts, all of them will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 4400 immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
The 4400 platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. The use of automated software, bots, or unauthorized scripts on the platform is not permitted.
Fraud, money laundering, and any form of deceptive activity are strictly prohibited. Exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or gaining unauthorized access to another user's account are criminal offences and will result in immediate account suspension.
Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is prohibited. 4400 may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.
Using obscene, threatening, or hateful language in live chat or community forums is strictly prohibited. Disrespectful behavior toward other users or staff may result in a warning or permanent account closure.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
All financial transactions on the 4400 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit Policy
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳50, which may vary depending on the payment method.
- Once a deposit is successful, funds are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — all deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process.
- Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- 4400 reserves the right to temporarily place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
- Account verification is mandatory before processing large withdrawals.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

The 4400 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. 4400 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or network issues. Any financial losses resulting from a user's betting decisions are solely the user's own responsibility. Under no circumstances shall 4400's liability exceed the amount held in the user's account. No liability is accepted for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4400 website — including logos, designs, text, software, game interfaces, and graphics — is the exclusive property of 4400 or used under license. No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission. Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Integrations
The 4400 platform may integrate with third-party game providers, payment gateways, and other services. 4400 is not responsible for the quality, security, or reliability of these third-party services. Please review their own terms before using any third-party platform. Users access any external links entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Reactivation Policy
4400 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- For any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Failure to complete account verification or provision of false information.
- In the interest of financial security or at the direction of law enforcement authorities.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
To appeal an account closure, please contact us at [email protected]. If an account is closed at the user's request, any eligible balance will be refunded; however, active bonuses will be forfeited. To close your account voluntarily, please reach out to our support team.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Right to Amend Terms
4400 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform and, where applicable, communicated to users via email. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between 4400 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be settled in a Bangladeshi court. Users may submit any complaint or dispute in writing to [email protected].
Severability of Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure or delay by 4400 to enforce a provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms form the entire agreement between the user and 4400, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.
